Terms & Conditions

To use the App, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction — whichever is higher;
• You have the full legal capacity and authority to enter into and be bound by these Terms;
• You are not prohibited from using the App under the laws of your country of residence or any applicable jurisdiction;
• You have not previously been suspended or permanently banned from using the App by Circuit Bit.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. If you are using the App on behalf of a business or organization, you additionally represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

3.1 Account Creation

To access the full features of the App, you must create a User Account. During registration, you are required to provide the following accurately and completely:

• Full legal name — as it appears on your government-issued ID;
• Mobile phone number — a valid, active number used for verification and account recovery;
• Country of residence — your current primary country of residence;
• Secure password — a strong, unique password not reused from other services;
• Profile picture — optional at registration, but mandatory when contacting customer support for identity verification.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password and not share it with anyone;
• Log out after each session on shared or public devices;
• Not allow any other person to access the App using your credentials;
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

3.4 One Account Per User

Each user is permitted to maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, bans, or subscription limits is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts.

4.1 Description of Services

Circuit Bit provides a curated digital library of mobile device schematic diagrams in PDF format, intended to assist technicians, engineers, and electronics enthusiasts. Services include:

• Access to an extensive and regularly updated library of mobile schematic PDFs;
• Advanced search and filtering by device model, brand, and component type;
• PDF download functionality for offline reference (within subscription limits);
• In-App customer support and account management tools.

4.2 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and either an active free trial or paid subscription, Circuit Bit grants you a:

This license expressly does not permit you to:

• Redistribute, resell, lease, or sublicense any Content to third parties;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Content;
• Use Content for any commercial purpose without prior written authorization;
• Upload, share, or publish any Content on any public or private platform;
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notices, watermarks, or proprietary markings.

4.4 Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

5.1 Subscription Requirement

After the complimentary 1-month free trial period ends, continued access to the full Content library and premium features requires an active paid subscription. Without a valid subscription, access to premium Content will be restricted.

5.2 How to Purchase a Subscription

Circuit Bit subscriptions are purchased exclusively through authorized resellers. There is no automatic billing or auto-renewal. To activate or renew a paid plan, follow these steps inside the App:

• Navigate to your Account section from the main menu;
• Tap the Buy / Upgrade Plan button to view a list of available authorized resellers;
• Contact your chosen reseller via WhatsApp or Telegram and arrange payment directly with them;
• Your account will be activated by the reseller promptly after payment is confirmed.

5.3 Payment & Pricing

Subscription fees, available plan durations, and accepted payment methods are set by individual authorized resellers and may vary. Circuit Bit does not process or store any payment information directly. All payment transactions occur exclusively between you and the reseller you choose.

5.4 Price Changes

Reseller pricing is subject to change at any time. We recommend confirming the current price with your reseller before making payment. Circuit Bit will provide reasonable advance notice of any changes to official plan structures via in-App notification.

5.5 Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Subscriptions do not auto-renew — your access simply expires at the end of the paid period;
• No refunds or credits are provided for any unused portion of a subscription period;
• Exceptions apply only where required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction;
• Any downloaded Content must be deleted upon subscription expiry.

The following conditions apply to the free trial:

• The free trial grants full access to all premium Content and features for 1 calendar month from the date of registration;
• Free trials are available to new users only — one trial per person or account;
• No payment information is required to activate the free trial;
• The trial does not automatically convert to a paid plan — once the trial ends, access to premium Content is simply restricted until you purchase a subscription through an authorized reseller;
• To continue using the App after the trial period, go to your Account section, tap Buy / Upgrade Plan, and contact an authorized reseller;
• Attempting to obtain multiple free trials through new or duplicate accounts is considered abuse and may result in account termination.

7.1 Support Channels

• In-App Support — accessible via your account settings or the help section within the App;

7.2 Response Time

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 business hours. Response times may vary during public holidays or high-demand periods. Complex issues may require additional time to investigate.

7.3 Identity Verification

All support interactions involving account changes, subscription management, or personal information access require identity verification:

• A clear profile picture must be on your account — mandatory for identity verification;
• You may be asked to confirm your registered mobile number or country of residence;
• We reserve the right to decline support requests where identity cannot be adequately verified.

7.4 Acceptable Use of Support

Support is intended for genuine inquiries. Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward our staff will not be tolerated and may result in account suspension.

8.1 Ownership

All Content — including schematic diagrams, PDF documents, graphics, logos, interface design, software, and text — is the exclusive property of Circuit Bit or its authorized licensors, protected under international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

8.2 Trademarks

The Circuit Bit name, logo, and all related brand elements are trademarks of Circuit Bit Pte. Ltd. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent in any manner that implies endorsement or causes confusion.

8.3 No Transfer of Rights

Purchasing a subscription or downloading Content does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. You acquire only the limited license described in Section 4.

8.4 Copyright Complaints

If you believe any Content infringes your copyright, contact us at [email protected] with a detailed notice including identification of the copyrighted work, its location in the App, your contact information, and a statement of good-faith belief of infringement.

9.1 General Obligations

• Use the App lawfully and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations;
• Use Content exclusively for personal, non-commercial reference or educational purposes;
• Keep your account credentials secure and do not share them with any third party;
• Maintain accurate and updated account information at all times.

9.2 Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to bypass, circumvent, or manipulate payment mechanisms or access controls;
• Sharing, selling, distributing, or publicly posting any downloaded Content;
• Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or download Content in bulk;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App or any part of its software;
• Introducing malware, viruses, or any malicious code into the App or its servers;
• Uploading or transmitting spam, phishing content, or unauthorized advertising;
• Impersonating another user, Circuit Bit staff, or any other entity;
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the App's infrastructure;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or Circuit Bit's backend systems.

10.1 Data We Collect

Circuit Bit collects and processes personal data necessary to operate the App and provide services, including account registration data, device identifiers, usage analytics, and support communications. Circuit Bit does not collect or store payment information, as all transactions are handled directly between users and authorized resellers.

10.2 How We Use Your Data

• Create and manage your User Account;
• Track free trial and subscription status;
• Provide, improve, and personalize App features;
• Deliver customer support and respond to inquiries;
• Send service-related communications (subscription alerts, Terms updates);
• Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud or abuse.

10.3 Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers (e.g., cloud hosting) contractually obligated to protect it, or where required by law.

10.4 Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. Contact us at [email protected]. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

While Circuit Bit strives to provide accurate and up-to-date schematic diagrams, we make no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any Content for any specific purpose.

• Schematics are provided for reference and informational purposes only;
• Users are responsible for verifying accuracy before relying on schematics for repair or technical work;
• Circuit Bit is not liable for damages resulting from use of or reliance on any Content;
• Device models, component specifications, and schematic details may vary by production batch, region, or firmware version.

12.1 Termination by Us

Circuit Bit reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent activity or abuse of the free trial;
• Conduct harmful to Circuit Bit, other users, or third parties;
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities;
• Extended inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

12.2 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by requesting account deletion through in-App settings or by emailing [email protected]. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.

12.3 Effect of Termination

• Your access to the App and all Content ceases immediately;
• Your license to view or retain any downloaded PDFs is revoked — all downloaded Content must be deleted;
• No refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period;
• Provisions that by their nature survive termination (intellectual property, indemnification, dispute resolution) remain in effect.

13.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and all Content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted, error-free operation.

13.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Circuit Bit shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill;
• Damages from unauthorized access to or alteration of your account;
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Content;
• Service interruptions or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

13.3 Liability Cap

Circuit Bit's total cumulative liability for all claims shall not exceed the subscription fees actually paid by you during the twelve (12) month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Circuit Bit Pte. Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Your use or misuse of the App or any Content;
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
• Any content or data you submit or transmit through the App;
• Any dispute between you and any third party arising from your use of the App.

Circuit Bit reserves the right, at your expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you. You agree to cooperate fully with our defense of such claims.

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

15.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to first attempt resolution informally by contacting Circuit Bit at [email protected]. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve the matter within 30 days.

15.3 Formal Dispute Resolution

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Singapore. You irrevocably consent to their personal jurisdiction.

15.4 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that dispute resolution will be conducted only on an individual basis — not in any class, consolidated, or representative action.

15.5 Consumer Protection

Nothing in this Section limits any mandatory consumer rights you may be entitled to under the laws of your local jurisdiction.

Circuit Bit reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made:

• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised;
• Material changes will be communicated via in-App notification and/or email at least 14 days prior to taking effect;
• Minor changes may take effect immediately upon posting.

Continued use of the App following the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, cease use of the App before the changes take effect.

17.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Circuit Bit and supersede all prior agreements.

17.2 Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and all remaining provisions will continue in full force.

17.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be considered a waiver. No waiver is effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative.

17.4 Assignment

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Circuit Bit may freely assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

17.5 Force Majeure

Circuit Bit shall not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, cyberattacks, power outages, or internet failures.

17.6 Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
