1. Introduction

Welcome to Circuit Bit ("the App"), a mobile application providing access to mobile schematic diagrams in PDF format. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the App, including signup, login, subscription plans, payment processes, customer service interactions, and access to content. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Scope of Services

Circuit Bit provides access to mobile schematic diagrams in PDF format. Full access requires a paid subscription plan. The App includes a navigation drawer with an option to contact customer service for support, plan inquiries, or payment issues.

3. User Account and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access the App’s features, you must create an account by providing:

• Full name
• Mobile number
• Country of residence
• Password
• Profile picture (optional for general use, mandatory for customer service)

You agree to provide accurate and current information and to update it as necessary.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify Circuit Bit immediately of any unauthorized access. Circuit Bit is not liable for losses due to failure to protect your credentials.

3.3 Mandatory Profile Picture for Customer Service

A profile picture is required for customer service interactions to verify your identity. Failure to provide one may result in denial of support.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Subscription Requirement

Full access to schematic diagrams requires an active paid subscription plan.

4.2 Plan Activation

To activate a plan:

1. Select a plan in the App.
2. Provide valid payment information.
3. Upon successful payment, full access is granted.

4.3 Payment Methods

Payment methods and plan pricing are available in the App or via customer service. All payments are processed securely through third-party processors. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.

4.4 Payment Success and Access

Upon successful payment, you receive confirmation and full access to view and download PDF diagrams. Failure to maintain an active subscription may suspend access.

4.5 Refunds and Cancellations

Subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel anytime, but no refunds are issued for the remaining period.

5. Customer Service Contact

Contact customer service via the "Contact Customer Service" option in the navigation drawer for assistance with plans, payments, or technical issues. A profile picture is mandatory for support.

6. Intellectual Property

All diagrams and content are owned by Circuit Bit or its licensors and protected by copyright laws. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only, subject to an active subscription.

7. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Use the App lawfully.
• Not circumvent subscription restrictions.
• Not share account credentials.
• Not use content for commercial purposes.
• Comply with applicable laws.

8. Termination

Circuit Bit may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, failing to maintain a subscription, or unauthorized use. No refunds will be issued upon termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

Circuit Bit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from App use. The App is provided "as is" without warranties.

10. Governing Law
